Since you replaced the docks once, either they have a bad batch of docks, or the drivers are FUBAR'd. If you are plugging the monitors directly into the laptop with no issue, then to me it has to be either the docks themselves or the drivers for the docks. If I plug the dual monitors directly into the laptop the issue is gone. I've replaced the docks with brand new ones and they problem persists. I have not had any luck with any of the recommended fixes. Sadly, I've been dealing with a similar issue. We don't use the same equipment as listed in your case I don't even know what ports are available in your config. I've read something about the Synaptec driver for the E but it does not appear the E's have the same setup. The issue seemed to get better but then got worse. I upgraded the BIOS to the one that was just released this month. I have reports on 3 just deployed systems where the monitors are disconnecting then reconnecting randomly.
